Primary Addition

A retired couple desired a first-floor primary addition to their home, featuring a bedroom, bathroom, and walk-in closet. The bathroom design thoughtfully included wall blocking for future grab bar installation and incorporated ADA clearance measurements to accommodate a wheelchair or walker, ensuring accessibility for potential needs.

The design palette for the addition centered on a neutral theme, allowing the meticulously maintained landscaping surrounding the home to provide pops of color. In the bathroom, a large soaking tub overlooks a beautiful limelight hydrangea tree, creating a serene focal point. Crisp white Calacatta Gold marble, featuring delicate gold veining, was chosen for the bathroom walls and floors, complementing the brushed brass fixtures perfectly.
